The American Law Institute’s Nominating Committee recommended eight candidates to the join the ALI Council, and the Council has nominated these candidates for five-year terms on the Council.
Election will take place during the Opening Session of the Annual Meeting, on the morning of Monday, May 19, when the membership will have the opportunity to cast two votes—a vote on whether to approve the slate of eight new Council members, and a second vote on whether to reelect 10 current Council members to an additional five-year term.
